1. Where are your products made and shipped from?
All orders are made especially for you once you place your order. We work with trusted global partners to ensure high-quality production and fast delivery from the closest fulfillment center to your location, helping reduce waste and shipping times.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships!
3. Do you ship internationally?

4. What’s your return or exchange policy?
Since each piece is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to size or change of mind. Kindly follow sizing instructions to avoid disappointments. However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us at qamarvjolashop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it — and we’ll make it right.
5. How do I know what size to get?
Each product includes a detailed size guide in the product description. We recommend measuring one of your favorite items at home and comparing it to the guide to find your perfect fit.
6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because your item goes into production shortly after purchase, we can’t cancel your order. Please double-check everything in your order before confirming.
7. Are your readings done live or via email?
Tarot and Astrology Readings are available in both live sessions and pre-recorded formats. When booking, you’ll be able to choose your preferred option and receive all the information you need.
8. How can I book a reading with you?
You can book a session directly through the Readings section on our site. Simply choose your service, pick your format, and follow the steps provided. If you’re unsure which reading is right for you, feel free to reach out - I’m happy to guide you!
