1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed within 72 hours after the order has been placed and confirmed. This is thanks to the fact that the production company prints locally in 33 countries. This time is required for our production partner to print, pack, and prepare your order for shipment.
  • Once an order has been placed, we cannot change the shipping address

Shipping Times

  • Fulfilment for each order is carefully selected by our advanced routing algorithm at the time of ordering depending on the country of origin.
    In most cases, products are fulfilled at the closest production center. Sometimes due to reasons such as stock availability, orders may be shipped internationally even if a fulfillment center exists within the same country.

Please note that shipping times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., holidays, natural events).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is free, any sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

  • For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply, and customers are responsible for any additional charges upon arrival in their country.

2. Return & Refund Policy

No Returns or Exchanges

  • Since all our products are made-to-order and customized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. We can guarantee the quality of our products, however, if there is an issue with your order, kindly let us know so we can look into it.

    Kindly note that should you want a different item it has to be made with a new order.

    Personalised items are not available for return or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Qamar Vjola Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either issue a replacement or provide a refund for the defective item.
  • You will be required to provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number to process your request.

Domestic orders typically arrive in 5-7 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept order changes or cancellations once the order is placed. Please ensure you are happy with your selections before finalizing your purchase.

  • Yes! We ship worldwide. This is thanks to the fact that the production company prints locally in 33 countries.

Do you offer gift cards?

  • Currently, we do not offer gift cards, but we are working on bringing this feature soon!
