All readings are created with time, care, and energy, and often require preparation before the session. As such, the following policy applies:
✅ Cancellations
- You may cancel a scheduled session up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund or to reschedule.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once.
❌ Missed Appointments / No-Shows
- If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered used and is non-refundable.
- No-shows cannot be rescheduled.
🔁 Refunds
- All digital or delivered readings (email, video, written reports, etc.) are final and non-refundable once completed and delivered.
- Tarot readings will always be accurate for what exactly you need since they are also guided from your spirit guides. Astrology readings will be accurate if the exact birth time will be given. However, if you are unhappy with your reading, please contact me within 48 hours and I will do my best to address your concerns. However, refunds are not guaranteed.
💫 Exceptions
- I would only cancel a session for any serious reason (e.g., emergencies, illness). In that case, you have the option to reschedule or to receive a full refund.
